What Makes a Betty?

Long before Betty Wellness was Betty Wellness, the name Betty started with a little inspiration from an unlikely place: Urban Dictionary.

There, “Betty” was used to describe an attractive, confident woman—the kind of woman who catches your attention.

We liked that.

But over the years, our definition of a Betty has grown into something much bigger.

Because being a Betty has absolutely nothing to do with your age, your size, whether your hair is gray, what you wear, or whether anyone else thinks you're attractive.

Being a Betty is an attitude.

A Betty is curious. She takes care of herself. She laughs a lot. She stays interested in the world. She moves her body because she wants to keep using it. She values friendship, intimacy, adventure and the little rituals that make an ordinary Tuesday feel good.

She's learned a few things.

And she's still learning.

Most importantly, any woman can be a Betty.

There's a Little Botanical Magic Behind Every Betty

That same philosophy shapes the products we make.

We look to plants—not because they're trendy, but because humans have been turning to botanicals as part of their self-care rituals for generations.

You'll find ingredients like peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender, chamomile, ginger, rosemary, rose, clove and black pepper throughout our collection, alongside nourishing plant oils like jojoba, rosehip, borage, sunflower and pomegranate.

And, of course, there's hemp.

Our cannabinoid products thoughtfully incorporate non-psychoactive compounds from the hemp plant—including CBD, CBG, CBC, CBN and CBDA—depending on the formula.

No high. No complicated wellness routine.

Just thoughtfully crafted plant-powered products designed to fit into real life.

Roll RELIEF onto hardworking areas after Pilates. Make Sunday night a RELIEF Bath Soak night. Smooth on QUENCH after your shower. Keep REMEDY in your bag. Make a little room for LOVE POTION when the mood strikes.

It's wellness that meets you where you are.

So, Are You a Betty?

Do you want to keep moving, exploring, creating, laughing, loving and showing up for the people and experiences that make your life rich?

Do you believe taking care of yourself helps make more of that possible?

Then we'd say the answer is pretty simple.

You're a Betty.

Welcome to the club.

Betty Wellness products are intended for general wellness and cosmetic use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
