For as long as women have been dealing with stress, sleep disruptions and everyday aches and pains…

(translation: since the dawn of time), active botanicals have been a go-to for relief and self-care.

At Betty, we’re here to help you harness the power of natural, plant-based ingredients to address common health and wellness concerns that we women face in perimenopause and beyond — and have fun doing it. (Have you tried Love Potion?!?!)

What’s up with Cannabis?

Real Relief. No High. Just Hemp That Helps.

At Betty Wellness, we craft hemp-based products made for women — especially those navigating perimenopause, hormone shifts, and modern-day stress.

Our botanical formulas are rich in non-psychoactive cannabinoids like CBD, CBG, CBC, CBN, and CBDA — powerful plant compounds known to support:

  • Sleep and circadian rhythm

  • Mood stability and emotional balance

  • Energy levels

  • Stress and tension response

  • Inflammation and pain perception

Unlike THC, these cannabinoids typically won’t get you high. They work gently with your body’s own endocannabinoid system to bring you back into balance — something every woman deserves.

Perfect for:

  • Women in perimenopause or menopause

  • Natural hormone support

  • Daily stress relief

  • Sleep and mood support without side effects - yes please!

  • Keeps aches and pains at bay

  • Loosens tight muscles and joints - to keep you moving and enjoying life

  • Enhances sexual stimulation - bringing back your ZING!

Plant power + women’s wisdom = Betty Wellness. And we’re here for all of it.

How do Cannabinoids Work?

Cannabinoids take effect by attaching to receptors in the central nervous system, gut and other body systems. And here’s the amazing part: a growing body of research reveals that our bodies actually generate their own cannabinoids — molecules that stimulate cannabinoid receptors throughout the body in a network known as the endocannabinoid system. This system influences everything from learning and memory to emotional processing, sleep, temperature regulation, pain control, inflammation and immunity. As one example, the well known phenomenon of an exercise-induced “runner’s high,” often attributed to endorphins, may actually be more accurately linked to the action of the endocannabinoid system.

I’ve heard of CBD, but what are all those other letters?

CBD — short for cannabidiol — is one of the most common active (but non high-inducing) cannabinoids, and was the first to be widely marketed for its wellness benefits. But we’re learning more every day. Hundreds of different cannabinoids exist in nature, and in the body’s natural endocannabinoid system. CBD, CBG, CBC, CBN and CBDA are all variants of the same idea; molecules that mimic the structure of the body’s own endocannabinoids to support healthy regulatory processes.

At Betty, we formulate each product with a custom blend of different cannabinoids to provide the best support for specific wellness priorities like healthy sleep, focus, stress management and pain relief.

What about other botanicals?

Anyone who’s ever sipped an herbal tea or blissed out with a scented bath knows the wellness-enhancing benefits of natural herbs, roots and blossoms - aromatherapy. That’s why soothing and stimulating botanical ingredients like rose, lavender, peppermint, ginger and citrus oils are “all-star players” in Betty formulations. So, take some time for yourself, to stop and smell the roses! Your body will thank you!

We do not recommend Betty products for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please talk to your doctor if you have questions about supplements.
